To
help our program run more smoothly and consistently, please note and
adhere to the following policies for all workshops:

Registrations
can be made in person at the Center in Mahopac at 854 Route 6 T-W-Th
12-1pm and on Saturdays at Trinity Lutheran Church 10 minutes before a
class begins( see acting class schedules for Brewster or TLC). or by
mail PCDC PO Box 222, Carmel, NY 10512 or via fax if using a credit card
(845) 276-2078.

Late
registrants after Play registration closes and before the first two
rehearsals are occasionally permitted, however, they are
responsible for the entire registration fee plus a $30 late fee.
Late registrants to the Play Performance workshop are
admitted at the discretion of the instructor.

Late
registrants (after the first day of a class: ie Actors Workshop or
Stories Alive) are permitted, the class
may be pro-rated at the instructors discretion.
·
Walk-ins are
welcome, in the Actors Workshop or Stories Alive Programs with the following caveats:
o
There is no
auditing of classes unless you contact us in advance to make
arrangements
o
If you decide
to register your child after auditing a class, payment must be made in
full
o
There is a
nonrefundable $10 fee for auditing a class, which will be applied to
your registration fee if you decide to register your child
·
There are no
refunds or fee reductions for missed classes.
·
All workshops
must be paid in full by the first class.
·
In the event
of inclement weather, PCDC may cancel classes. Announcement of cancelled classes will be made on the radio
that morning. There is a
designated make-up day per session for cancelled classes.
·
For the
comfort of all students and the smooth running of the class, we request
that all parents depart the teaching area after dropping off their
children. There is a room at the Center in Mahopac where parents
can stay if they prefer to be on site.
·
Food and
drinks are not permitted during class
.
- Students
are expected to attend all Play Performance Workshop rehearsals.
If a student misses more
than 2 consecutive rehearsals, the instructor, at her discretion, may
reassign that student’s part.
