A playtime Adventure is $40 ($35members) for 8 kids / 3 adults-- what a deal!

Add on an age appropriate science or art activity for $25

All Playtime Adventures have independent exploration, we encourage your group to enjoy it all:

Contact Kelli (845) 621-1260 ext 307 to utilize the center for approximately 75 minutes for up to 8 children and 3 adults ( you must have 1 adult for every 3 children) You may add extra people for $5 without an activity or $ 12 with the activity. Extra people charges begin with the 9^th person. Adults do not pay the activity fee so extra children in an activity based Playtime Adventure is $12 and the adults would be $ 5.

FAQ:

What if I have 14 kids and 5 adults?

You would pay $ 40 ($35 members) for first 11 people ( 8 kids / 3 adults) The next 8 people would be $5 each ( another $40)

Can I have 14 kids and 4 adults?

No, there must be one adult per every 3 children. 12 kids = 4 adults so the extra 2 kids would need an adult.

What If only some kids in my group wants to do the activity?

The activity is an extra $25 covering 8 kids. Additional kids are $7 each. You must pay for every child to do the activity. So activity groups are an extra $12 per child and an extra $5 per adult.

Do I have to pre-book the activity?

Yes, Kelli will discuss what will work best for you and your friends. Once the activity is established you can add more kids. For example if you tell Kelli you are bringing 10 kids and come with 12 we can add the 2 extra kids in for a fee.

What about refunds for kids that don’t show up?

The program is for up to 8 kids / 3 adults and you will be asked to pay for any kids you tell us are coming in advance. For example: if you tell us 10 kids then you will pay $40 + $15 (original fee plus $5 per person—2 kids plus another adult as there must be 1 adult per 3 kids)

What if we have to cancel?

If you give us a call in advance-- we will reschedule your adventure once due to your inability to show. If you need to

consistently reschedule we will have to charge a $25 cancellation fee. For example: if you reschedule there is no fee but if you reschedule the rescheduled time then we must charge $25. If you just don’t show you will be charged for your Playtime Adventure.

What about bad weather?

In the event of inclement weather we will reschedule until it is feasible to have your adventure.

Can I bring a cake and have a Playtime Adventure as a party?

No. We have a party package. We are doing the Playtime Adventure as a courtesy to fit into your busy schedule. Families abusing this program will not be allowed to use the program.

Am I using the Center “privately”?

No, we may opt to schedule another Playtime Adventure at the same time or overlap two Adventures, however, if you have opted for an activity, that activity is just for your group and the other group(s) will have a private time for their activity.

When I can I set this up?

Ask Kelli, she has the master schedule for the center. Saturdays and Sundays are best in the morning ( 10-11) or late in the afternoon ( 4-5). Keep in mind that Saturdays and Sundays “mid day” are usually reserved for parties. There is more flexibility M-F.

Can I do this for my Day Care?

We have a Field Trip Program for Day Cares and preschools. We are doing the Playtime Adventure as a courtesy to fit into your busy schedule. Families abusing this program will not be allowed to use the program.
